Project management – in summary

Finally, your work plan should not be cast in tablets of stone. You must be prepared to revise it if circumstances change. One task may take longer than you had planned, and may have an impact on you ability to do the other tasks. If this happens revise your work plan. Identify essential and non-essential (some tasks may be ideal rather than essential) tasks and consider eliminating the non-essentials.
